CLICK HERE for Hannah's take of our Easter Day!

Hannah always comes up with the CUTEST LOVE NOTES to Ben and I. She has pretty much given up on giving any to John because he just chucks it right in front of her face the second after she hands it to him. Hey, it's just not his thing. ha ha

But Ben and I LIVE for this stuff!

I scan ALL her pictures and have them all saved FOREVER

and then I chuck 'em!

Hannah now knows that mom and dad are the TRUE ROCK STARS not Santa, Tooth fairy,or Easter bunny etc. She asked if she could help set up Easter and surprise John. It was SO FUN!We did the tradition yarn tied to the hidden Easter Baskets, Egg Hunt, and family breakfast. Hannah was a HUGE HELP! We could have called it an early night too, but John would not fall asleep!! He said he could hear the wind blowing so hard outside that it was keeping him up. So finally around 2:30 a.m we made it to bed with tons of dyed Easter eggs hidden, pastel colored yarn zig-zagged and spider-webbed all though the house, and memories ready to be made. You can tell in the pic below Hannah was still asleep.

There is my bright, sunshine girl!

John does not eat chocolate. Yes, you read that right. One of my children DOES NOT LIKE CHOCOLATE!! So we end up having a lot of chocolate around for a couple of months(OK DAYS!).

We had a beautiful day all together. That evening I introduced my family to one of my favorite childhood dishes.

UTAH FUNERAL POTATOES!

Ben and Hannah are hooked! John just shared that they smelled nice.
