John had the worstallergies at school today!
The nurse called me and said John's eyes
were so swollen, red, and watery from
him rubbing them all day, she told me
he could not even do his work anymore!
Could I come pick him up?
So I grabbed Hannah
from her class also so
I would not have to come back later
for her and off we went to get some
antihistamine and our new family favorite for
itchy eyes-ZADITOR! We did not have
this big of reaction to the blossoming
of everything last year??
When Hannah asked why I
got her out of school early,
I told her John was not feeling well and
when we got home and before I knew
it she had put John in a chair with
a blanket, put socks on his feet, hat,
scarf, pillow behind his head, and
asked if he wanted anything to eat or drink!
John was lapping it up and just kept
telling me over and over that Hannah
is taking care of him. TOO CUTE!!Then she told
me I could massage his back to comfort him.
I love seeing her take care of
her big brother and love doing it!
